Despite every project being different, we know that implementing a regular standardised reporting regime is one of the best ways to mitigate risk, and is a key indicator of good governance.
- Monthly Progress Reporting - a summary of key past achievements, current project issues and planned future actions, are combined with project scope, schedule and budget review
- Key Milestone Completion Review - an 'end of stage' assessment is the opportunity to reaffirm project success criteria, and to document project risks mitigated to date and those being carried froward for resolution in the next stage
- Interim Project Environment Review - proactive interrogation of project resourcing, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and governance protocols
- Program Risk Review - the combined assessment of multiple projects, identifying common areas of concern to allow the impact of 'cumulative' risk to be assessed. This is especially valuable before committing to proceed with implementation of significant projects
- Project recovery plan - stakeholder interviews and/or workshops to develop a project specific action plan for 'at risk 'projects, establishing corrective measures and key deliverables to monitor project recovery
