Allan brings over 16 years of private sector experience as a consulting civil engineer and project manager in South Africa. Having worked for the City of Sydney from May 2003 to December 2016, Allan has a wealth of local government experience. He has well established contacts with NSW roads and service utility authorities, and medium sized Sydney based contractors.
